On the ridge that separates the Val d’Orcia and the Crete Senesi, La Fonte is ideally situated for visiting Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza, Cortona, Monticchiello and Montalcino.<\/p>\n

La Fonte has a great view of the countryside, the hills and the beautiful village of Trequanda<\/strong>, which has retained the charm of the medieval castle<\/strong> while offering all major services.<\/p>\n

Trequanda is just 1km from La Fonte, and easily accessible by foot.<\/strong> From here you will be able to discover a unique territory. It is one of the best examples of conservation of architectural and scenic beauty – rich in character, art and culture.\u00a0It is populated by helpful and welcoming people, who delight in sharing the village\u2019s historical and gastronomic traditions: one of the things that makes it a pleasure to walk around the villages and towns of the surrounding area.<\/p>\n

Wandering the streets, accompanied by the profile of the hills and cypress trees, you will discover hidden gems, such as the nearby Val d’Orcia (Unesco heritage)<\/strong> or Pienza, a small Renaissance jewel, and Bagno Vignoni, the Roman and medieval spa town.
